Return Policy

You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

1. 1Email team@nurse.madethis.app with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. 2We'll review your request and send return instructions, typically within one business day.
3. 3Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. 4Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For large furniture pieces delivered via white-glove service: if your item arrives damaged, we will arrange pickup and a full replacement at no cost to you. Please document any damage with photos and email us at team@nurse.madethis.app within 48 hours of delivery.
